CKC Summer Day Camp
Ages: for children who have completed 1 year of TK or K up to children entering 6th grade
We host our CKC Summer Day Camps at 2 of our elementary school sites, each providing age-appropriate activities for children entering kinder through 6th grade in the upcoming fall. Our summer camp includes daily activity options from crafts to sports to science. We provide 2 nutritious snacks and lunch daily.
Our weekly schedule includes field trips, special on-site activities, and a variety of themed clubs. Expect a mix of crafts, sports, music, cooking, dance, science, and games - all centered around our unique weekly themes. This year, CKC Campers will enjoy weekly special events and field trips. Special activities and trips may include: MB Aquarium, The Tech Museum, Rock Climbing Wall, Roller Rink, Movie Theater, Video Game Truck, Petting Zoo, and more!*
*Activities subject to change
Field trips will include visits to local parks, museums, libraries, and hiking trails. And the fun doesn't stop there! Everyday we will organize a special event for the day like face painting, carnival games, magic show, and much more!
Kinder Camp at DeLaveaga- This year, at our DeLaveaga location, we will have a separate program for our incoming kinder and first graders. Instead of field trips, we will have extra special on site events for the kinders!

CKC Summer Day Camp Tips for Parents
CKC Summer Camp Rules: Be Kind, Be Safe, Have Fun!
2 Snacks and Lunch provided daily, included in tuition. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions. CKC is a Nut Free camp.
Apply sunscreen before sending your child to camp; we will help children reapply mid day after lunch.
Make sure to pack a reusable water bottle labeled with your child's name.
Bring a hat and dress in layers, as summer weather can change suddenly.
Sign-in and out will be done through Brightwheel (you can download the app or use our tablets). We will also send announcements, reminders, and messages via the app.
CKC staff will be easy to identify in CKC shirts, hats, or lanyards with our logo.
In case of illness, please be prepared to pick up your child within 30 minutes or have an emergency pick up person available.
Each child will have a "home base" classroom based on age, but most activities are with mixed ages.
If your child's tuition has been covered by the ELOP-Program during the school year, reach out to our billing department to confirm summer tuition rates.
